The Great Kitty Rescue Blog was born from our interactions with the cats from the Great Kitty Rescue of 2007.
Every single person who helped in this rescue and who continues to love these cats had their lives changed by the experience.
The cats taught us all many things – about survival, resiliency, trust and the power of love.
They forced us to stretch and grow, to change our perceptions, to come up with creative ways to approach cat rescue, cat adoption, and cat training.
We and the cats continue to learn about cat behavior, cat health and cat symptoms and ways to give cats the best life possible.
This site is dedicated to the cats of the Great Kitty Rescue and here we plan to share what we’ve learned from our interactions with the cats.
